For this issue Emigre invited five designers/artists to each produce a graphic documentation of personal travel experiences.
Featuring the illustrated short story "Around the World with Shithead and Winky" by Robert Kopecky; a visual overview of the travel journals of performance artists Paul Kwan and Arnold Iger; excerpts from the book "Tokyo Press Check" by book artist Judy Anderson; and "America is my country but Paris is my hometown—Gertrude Stein," a travelogue in six scenes by book artist Susan E. King.
