Xavier Dupré
Xavier Dupré was born in 1977 in France. He first studied graphic design in Paris, then calligraphy and typography at Scriptorium de Toulouse. From 1999 to 2001 he worked as a type designer in a packaging design agency in Paris. He has collaborated on Renaissance letterforms with Ladislas Mandel, known for telephone directory typefaces. From 2001 to 2004 he lived in Cambodia where he designed Latin and Khmer typefaces. He was awarded certificates of typographic excellence from the New York Type Directors Club in 2004, 2005 and in 2006 for Vista Sans.
